“The onsen design room was very comfortable and spacious with great view of the lake and blueberry garden. The amazing staff from the valet attendant to the checkin assistant greeted us with warm welcome and made us feel right at home. Nice touch having to remove our shoes before stepping on the tatami corridor. There are shoe lockers at the entrance of each floor corridor. The in-room onsen was lovely. There’s frosted glass (balcony railing) for privacy otherwise would have great lake/mountain……

“Great location a little bit outside of Lake Toya, the property is beautiful and well kept and a short walk from the lake. The highlight was the onsen which was super relaxing and the other amenities such as projector , coffee , tatami rooms are just a cherry on top , highly recommended!”

“很多人滑雪，地方很大，但路線指示不多，也沒有地圖，到房間很才發現有App可到酒店網站查看地圖，應該在前枱就向我們介紹使用，可減少時間找路，但職員很好，會幫忙。 房間設施雖有點舊，但整潔乾淨。酒店食肆選擇很多，附近還有7–11。還可以夾公仔👍👍”
