"The facility is very old. Especially the bathroom at the own room is not clean and comfortable at all. If the hotel wants to continue the business, it is high time to renew the facility. The buffet style dinner was so so. "

"So good"

"Incredible grounds and maintenance on the property. Very quick responses via email before we even arrived. Instead of writing a lengthy report, I think it is enough to say that I can’t really point out any faults."

"The location of the hotel on a bluff above Lake Toya gives guest an incredible view of the lake and adds to a feeling of quiet and luxury. Excellent service, along with beautiful rooms and dining (breakfast included with the dinner an option) are further enhanced by an open bar lounge and free shuttle to the lake shore for fire works. Excellent place to stay!"

"Great place stay. Loved the tatami room with a really nice view to the lake. The Onsen was great too, pity it was closed for maintenence in the morning when I wanted to check out."

"Breakfast and dinner buffet had a lot of options, but honestly everything was a little off to me. The grilled meat was good. But even the ramen and curry which I enjoyed in Sapporo, didn’t taste that great."

"Great stay"

"Nice and inexpensive hotel at a great location. I could see the fireworks from my room. They had welcome services where free drinks and tsunami foods are served until 9pm. Onsen facility was very nice. Strongly recommended."
